Lara Ingrosso, known professionally as Arale, is a composer, songwriter, musician, and producer from Salento. She entered the world of performing arts at a very young age.

Her most significant project as a performer, songwriter, and producer is Respiro, a violin and voice duo that took her on tour across Italy and Europe. During the development of Respiro, she studied theatre in Rome, specializing in dubbing with Roberto Pedicini and Christian Iansante.
Afterward, she pursued studies in music composition for film and TV, as well as pop and modern music production at Berklee College. She distinguished herself in this field by winning international awards and contributing to soundtracks for films and short films.

Simultaneously, she began writing songs for other artists, collaborating with Warner Chappell Italia, and signing a contract as a songwriter with Origami Dischi & Publishing, the record and publishing label founded by Alessandra Flora and Marco Guazzone.

In 2023, she started working as a composer with StudiZero, a young agency involved in the creation of multimedia projects, where she was responsible for the soundtracks of numerous video mappings showcased in museums and historic buildings throughout Italy.
